Bills and documents,
finally in order.

Scan a bill and let the AI do the rest: the amount, the due date, the reminder and the archive entry fill themselves in. Then it keeps the whole lot in one place: money, documents, appointments, subscriptions.

Free while in development. Android 7.0+ and iOS 16+.

The scan

Photograph it. Walk away.

On-device OCR reads the page, then AI pulls out the amount, the date and who's asking for the money. The expense, the deadline and the archive entry are created for you. You just check it got them right.

Reads the page

Text recognition runs on your device. Only what's needed to categorise it is ever sent on, and only if you say yes.

Never misses a date

Bills, taxes, renewals and appointments become real deadlines with real reminders, synced to your system calendar.

Learns your spending

Categorisation is a classifier written in pure Dart and run entirely offline. It gets better as you correct it.

Keeps the paperwork

An encrypted vault for every document you'd otherwise lose. Scan it once, find it in seconds.

Open banking

Read-only, by design.

Connect your bank and ModernDays can see your accounts, and nothing else. It can never move money, because it never asks for the permission to. You log in on your bank's own site; we get back a connection ID, not a password.

Which banks

Italian banks, including Poste.

Every major Italian bank, plus Poste Italiane: BancoPosta and Postepay. Up to two years of history on the first sync, then it keeps itself current.

Read-only access 90-day PSD2 consent Reminders before it lapses Revoke any time

Nothing financial is stored on our servers. The sync lands on your device.

Your life

Not just the money.

The bills are the wedge. What it's actually for is everything you're currently keeping in a drawer, four apps and your head.

Ask your finances

“How much did I spend this month?” “What do I owe in the next few days?” Plain questions, real answers, and only the aggregate leaves the device.

Subscriptions

Netflix, Spotify and the eleven others you've forgotten. Recurring bills with reminders that arrive before the money does.

Net worth

Accounts, investments and their daily prices, rolled into one figure, with import from OFX, QIF and CSV.

One account, then everything

Set up in a few steps.

Sign in once and the app walks you through it: scan a first bill, add your accounts, create an appointment. It's useful before it's finished.

Your backup, if you want one, is encrypted with a key only you hold and stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud. We can't read it. That isn't a promise. It's arithmetic.

Privacy

No server knows what you spend.

Personal-finance apps make their money from financial data. ModernDays is built so that it can't: the database is encrypted on your device, and your transactions stay there. When the AI is asked to help, it's shown the minimum, and IBANs, tax codes and card numbers are stripped before anything is sent.

Encrypted at rest

The local database is encrypted on both Android and iOS. Unlock with a PIN, Face ID or a fingerprint.

The AI asks first

Before anything is sent for a suggestion, the app tells you exactly what and why, and waits. You can withdraw consent later from Settings.

Nothing is sold

No ads, no data brokers, no training on your spending. There is no second business model here.
